I'd go with black or grey personally.

In all my years of cycling, I've come to the conclusion that, regardless of what you're wearing, drivers will either choose to look or they won't.

There's also research available which confirms this.

I'd rather be passed 'dangerously close' by a bunch of cars (whose drivers noticed me) than plowed from the rear by one transit van (whose driver didn't).
