Just my personal opinion obvs, but I genuinely reckon that's a better idea than just a sailing boat.
Or else maybe a swan pedalo? That way you get some birds into the tattoo as well. I especially like the pedalo idea as it perfectly encapsulates so many areas of your life - London routes [sic], pedalling, boats, and potentially swans. What's not to like.

Pretty sure someone must've done that already.
Got me thinking, a landing craft would be more apt (great grandfather build them for D-Day amongst other small shipyard).
