Fuji Track 2.1 56cm

Hi all

Absolutely brassic so need to clear out the garage. Up for sale is my Fuji Track 2.1. Standard as it came out of the shop except with Gatorskin tyres. I bought this bike from Evans about 18 months ago and ive had no problems its been as reliable as they come and my go to bike when others have crumbled underneath me.

Im based in South East (Welling) but use it to commute into Soho so can be viewed / collected from wherever is easiest

Always had steel frame bikes, how does this aluminum frame compare?

Not too sure to be honest mate. I've only had Aluminium frames

Actually that's a lie I did have a steel frame a few years ago. But i couldn't tell you what the difference between the two were. Apologies for being less than useless!

Considering this as a "starter" fixed. Starter in quotes because I've been riding a gearfull roadies for years now. Worried about the cobblestone streets of London in an aluminum frame.

Do you think this is a good project bike? Gradually changing some parts?

Well I ride it from Kent into the west end everyday and I've had no problems with it. As for changing parts, they all work for me so i never bothered

Where could I ask in this forum to make sure about having it as a project bike? I am not switching my Peugeot into a single speed because french bikes are notorious for having some odd parts backwards or just different.
