Short term Flat let

I am looking to let my flat short term (just over 3 months) exact date tbc. But likely until beginning of April.
Its a one bedroom / studio flat in Herne Hill, on the top of the hill. There is a huge shared garden. The rent is reasonable for a place on your own. You could put a couple in here and make it even cheaper. Pm's for details please. I can send you photos and rates. If you like cats great, because i have the coolest cat in the world. If you dont, no worries my neighbor upstairs steals him all the time.

You would have to pay, gas bills separately. It being winter its up to you how much you wanna use. I will include the elec, council tax in the rent.

There's a cocktail bar nearby that wasn't too bad when I went there, and a well stocked corner-shop a stone's throw away.
