Photos from mobile phones

I think its called tiny planet, it's a standard feature on the camera on my phone (nexus 5, google camera) fairly sure its possible with iPhone as well.
Absolute pain in the ass to do though due to the amount of photos you need to take, will upload a few of the other ones I've done...
