Can anyone advise on sizing for Classic Winter Bib Tights?

I'm 5'10"ish, 32 waist, but I have fairly chunky quads so usually wear 34 jeans/trousers...

Unfortunately not anywhere near London and sizes available are S and L.

Same, I have a pair of the replica sky bibs and those are medium... Reason I ask is cus I know people advise to size up/down on certain things but I think that's mainly Pro Team stuff!

Do I gamble on the L hmm.. I don't want sore bollocks by going S.
