For balls, simply bearings , link takes you to ΒΌ" for the rear hub, you want 3/16" for the front. You could have worked that out for yourself by googling "HB-7710 EV" to see the Shimano exploded views as PDFs

best grease to use in loose ball hubs? Also anyone know what size loose balls i'd need for 7710 hubs and where i could get some?
