    But aint nobody got time for grating apples every morning.
    Also, wondering if I could just make up a big batch the basic soaked oat/youghurt mix for the week.
    Thoughts?

  • I do bircher sometimes, and make a massive tupperware of it. if you do it Sunday afternoon with fresh (i.e., relatively newly opened and with a long way til use by date) milk and yoghurt, lasts til Friday no probs.

    I do oats + cinnamon + grated apple + milk + yoghurt in advance then whatever nuts, seeds and dry druit etc i've got kicking about on the day. Or do the fruit in advance too, it's nice when it's soaked in some yoghurt and whatnot.
