After spending some time searching for these yesterday, it seems like Sigma are the only place (in the UK at least) who currently have these in stock.
Currently awaiting an email telling me they have cancelled my order as they're no longer in stock...

London Cycle Workshop have a couple of those in stock today.
They also have, wait for it, Vittoria Open Pave in all black, 25mm too.
