Mrs TS and I are in Rome... Just had one of the best lunches of my life in a little family run place near our AirBnB in Prati...
Straccetti to start, saltimbocca with a couple of side dishes for main and pana cotta with caramel to finish... The flavours were incredible! Included 50cl of wine, bread, water, coffee and brandy and it was only €60 for the both of us including a small tip... Who said you can't eat well and on the cheap in Rome?!?
Deffo going back... Exceptional!
