I thought we'd sorted this argument:
If you offer someone a refund, and they demand a refund, then they're more than entitled to a refund.
Don't offer it in the first place if upon acceptance of the offer you're not willing to follow that through.
If you'd like me to post my more than amicable side of the conversation, and your completely irrational one, in full, then please continue.
And thank you for my refund, it was very much appreciated.
