Almost like mine! Looks great...very likely that it's one of the training bikes built for Wielerbond Vlaanderen that race at the Eddy Merckx velodrome in Ghent...built by Plum Vainqueur... ... What chainset is that?
do you know if yours used to have WBV decals? I've only ever seen one other one... there's some differences in all of them, like the fork crown and track ends...

Thanks mate. I've no idea about the decals, I'm not even sure its the original paint. If it was one of those bikes then I wouldn't mind getting some decals made, I think it needs something on the downtube. I've been trying to do some homework on the frame. Campag track ends and drop outs, helical rifling in the steerer and it takes a 27.0 seatpost so I think its Columbus PS. If thats the case i'd guess it was made in Italy, it certainly looks like a few older Italian frames I've seen.
Mines got the Ps on the fork crown and ultra tight clearance with 23s
And the chainset is DA on a campag bb :)
Put this together recently. Its a Plum Vainqueur and I think its from the 80's.
