  • What I find helps me:

    Sit up straight
    Push hands against tops
    Push yourself hard into saddle
    You should find feel of sitbones
    Then tilt into drops

    This gives a good feel of where saddle supports and see do you need a bit of adjusting. Or how stiff you are after 4 days in the car... ;)

  • When I do that I feel like I am on the edge of the top of the back of the seat. Should my sitbones be more in the middle rather towards the top of the back of the seat?
