I'm definitely no expert in this! I'm guessing it's steel from the look of your rear brake bridge then should be easily tweaked.

If you don't fancy this then you'll need to swing buy an LBS ask them for a quote OR ride it as is.

I think there's quite a few courier bike (antithesis of Evans) type shops around Clerkenwell/Hoxton which I reckon would do this type of thing quickly and easily but I don't personally know any of them sorry.
