1 hour of physio-approved stretching a day for the last year and a half, including the 4 months I've been sans-bike.
If it's slow progress, it's glacially slow.
@Dammit thanks for the recommend. I'm going to go back to the physio I've been seeing (who I really like, and is Scherrit's go-to) but might consider other opinions...
Went for a couple of regents laps last night. My back is worse than it has ever been before. Didn't manage 6k before I was in agony.
Back to the drawing board / physiotherapist.
