Perhaps there's time to join the Miche haters club yet... Or perhaps primato hubs have an allergy to rain.
I've met with theory that Miche hubs were/are made with some design flaw, that when lockring is tightened, hub body beneath it compresses and fucks up the bearings. So my guess will be driveside.
