In Bruges there is a restaurant called Der Vlaamsche Pot, go there for the Flemish Beef Stew and sink a 1L beer while you're at it. So damn good!
Edit: an there's more! I'll have a look through my maps/notes/photos to give you a good rundown of what I did in Bruges. I do recall a few good lunch spots...and a few not so good ones.
