You're absolutely right - they should have signed Nibali, Contador, Quintana, Kittel, Vanmarcke and Cancellara even though they're only pro conti.
Boasson Hagen has got three grand tour stage wins and Ciolek isn't bad.
They're a bits and pieces team as you'd expect and they'll only win chippers, but if they help encourage more people from Africa to ride, I'd say they've achieved a bit more than fuck all.
