Wanted: NJS ISO 109mm bottom bracket

Hi,
I acquired new frame today and I'm looking for some parts to build it properly:

1. Silver, 27.2mm inline thomson seatpost (the longer the better)
   
2. Pair of 36h dura ace 7710 hubs
   
3. most preferably 165mm dura ace 7600 crankset, can include chainring from 46 to 49 teeth.

GOT EVERYTHING SO IN ORDER NOT TO START NEW THREAD, I'm after ISO 109mm square taper BB (for Sugino 75 crankset).
