Does anyone know the shortcut through the cement yard (joining Grove/The Creek to Granby/Crete Hall)?

Is it open at night?
Accessible during the day and on weekends. Super little shortcut that I would love to use on 'DEAL WITH IT' to avoid a hill and busy road (+ add to the general wtf nature of that ride).

I will have the Deal night ride and the Isle of Grain ride coming through this area after leaving the river at Erith.
Just looking to find the right mix of minimising hills and distance on safe and smooth paths.
