Can't recall seeing a 28.6mm Campag adaptor, but then I've never looked too hard: even I'm not that obsessive, that I wouldn't use non-Campag at half the price. :)
I do have a minty (140km from new) 35mm, 2009/10, 10v Centaur (CT & STD) FD, for which shims are freely available.
But not from Campag. :(
