Seems like a lot of money for a Seiko and that gothic typeface makes me want to hurl.
It's of course all subjective but a used JLC compressor GMT could be had for not much more and they stand out as different to your average style (i have a compressor obsession at the moment)

If Dammit wants a Seiko that's going to rival a Rolex, it's going to have to be a Grand Seiko, so will have to be expensive and come with the gothic typeface. I don't mind the typeface as much as I mind the repetition of Seiko/GS/Grand Seiko. IMO Every one of them could be improved by having just Grand Seiko or Seiko/GS at the most.
If you like that GMT a I'd consider the SBGE001. You'd have Spring Drive, which is an interest in itself, gives the cool truly sweeping second hand and is something else to further justify the choice, rather than 'because everyone else already has a Rolex'.
