OK to bring gears or is this fixed only? Not sure my legs will be in good shape you see?

Also, what about supplies. Will an original Archie's be big enough to hold food and drink and tools and spare clothes and spare bike or should I check out the bike packing thread?

Gears are OK but stay at the back.

I think 6 Red Stripes or 200ml of spirits should be good until halfway (don't worry, plenty of off-licences enroute).
Your rider number gets tattooed in at the pub on Friday night, please bring £20 (free if you are OK with sharing needles).
