I changed the bearings on a Fulcrum 5 rear hub without specialist tools.
Tapped out the old bearings with a screwdriver and pressed the new ones in using a large long bolt with washers roughly the diameter of the bearings and then tightened the nut until they were eased in flush where they were supposed to be.
The thing to note with pressing in anything whether it be bearings or headset cups etc is that the item goes in straight. So make sure the bearings are seated square before you make the final tightening up.
After having a 'give it a go' moment trying to change the bearings in my hubs and free hubs on my Fulcrum 7's, without the right tools, I nearly fucked things right up. So not one to give in I've lashed out and ordered a bearing press and puller as it was about the same price as getting the LBS to do it:
