I'm very much at the research stage at the moment, I simply don't know enough about these things to do anything other than, as you put it, spend a load of money.
Also, I don't have a load of money to spend on (potentially) a watch right now.
However, I've got a minor celebration in August this year, by which time I could have put aside some cash.
It's not that I dislike the Rolex Explorer - there was a reason I was looking at them when at T5 a few days ago.
