Although the membrane has a hydrostatic head of around 18k no zips and pockets of any northface jacket from any lines or series are waterproof. Only the 3 layer membrane goretex fabric is. Just thought id give a heads up as i worked for Northface in my last job and you wouldnt believe how many ruined smart phones we got in with their angry owners.
