  • It simply can't be a premeditated action, unless they were going at slow mo speed (20kmh).
    I watched few sprints at the finish line and unless you are hanging out from the rails with your head (resulting in an instant decapitation) you can't really see who's coming along the barrier.
    And given the speed you would see the hand out way before as the slow mo tricks the judgment a lot.
    I'd say stupid distracted spectator.

  • Distracted and not watching the sprint finish of the race he has come to view? Come off it.

  • For distracted I meant "not understanding that your body can be on the way of what you are watching".
