Looks like an easy thing to pull off watching from behind the finish line. But I bet the reality was very different. Grabbing a inch thick handlebar as it passes you at 50+kph, twisting and releasing. All without losing a finger. Surely that takes concentration and being prepared. I just cant see it possibly being a brain fart leading to a split second action.
