That sounds good - am just waiting to hear from other people, but like the idea of early start and not having to rush too much. Will let you know for definite shortly.

I reckon I'm up for cycling there if you don't mind me tagging along.
Possibly back as well, though might just get the train if I'm really tired.An optimistic reading of the weather forecast for Sunday suggests nothing worse than 'Occasional light showers'. Which I'll take over the 100k of headwinds on the Kennet valley run last weekend (though the subsequent 100k of tailwinds were good).
