One specific glucocorticoid (beclomethasone dipropionate) is approved for inhalation without a TUE. Unfortunately for asthmatic athletes, it has no detectable systemic performance enhancing effect when taken in therapeutic doses.
I only take 100 micrograms a day, I think the most anybody is prescribed for asthma is 1600.

So, I think my first post was correct, only topical use is legal. And maybe inhalation? That doesn't count as oral does it?
