Yep, Xperia Z2. The software is generally shite. When I leave a text conversation using the 'home' button while a message is sending, it will send the message, and then kindly leave it there for me as a draft, so I have to delete it when I go back to that conversation. I've also been returned to the very top of a conversation, in a similar way to you have to the middle.
The 'hotkey' things in the pulldown menu at the top of the screen often just don't work; I've most recently noticed the wifi button and the screen rotation button failing to change anything about what the phone was doing.
Other dumb things; phone doesn't remember settings between restarts. If my wifi is off when I power down, why assume that I want it on when I power down?
My sister has the mini version of my phone and it has a more serious bug; it finds the thumbnails for all her images and puts them in her 'gallery', and then finds the thumbnails of those and puts them in the gallery too. Such a dumb, lazy bug.There's not much to figure out here apart from the fact that Sony put out shoddy software with their devices. These little annoyances are slooowly pushing me towards cyanogenmod!
@Smallfurry this is something to bear in mind when buying Sony. Overall I like the phone but it can be frustrating at times. I also think that their product lifecycle is shorter than it once was, judging by the phones they're putting out

Any Xperia owners here? Mine does a couple of really annoying things i cant figure out.
If you send a text as part of a long running conversation it then jumps to the liddle of the conversation thread so you have to scroll back down to the current message. No idea why or how to stop this.
If you delete a sentence then when you get to the end of deleting each word reappears popping up again individually so you effectively have to delete it twice.
Again no clue why.
