By definition you can't remove bosses. You can get partially removable canti bosses, somewhere like Paragon Machine Works would be your best option.

That's exactly what you need. I've ordered from PMW before, they are good quality and deliver incredibly quickly (placed order on Friday evening, small package arrived in Monday morning).
