Isn't trail more important?
Anyway this is HHSB and it's a pink bike with tight clearances so it's fine here.
i don't know the reason that that bike was built without rake.... if indeed there is no rake... which appears to be the case.
but the facts remain. if you have any HA. you need some amount of rake if you want to build a bike that has a neutral handling point of going straight.
the only HA that would technically tolerate zero rake is a 90 degree HA. But honestly that like diving by zero.
