Can't make the first one - both Tweed Run organisation happening and my last week at the current workplace. Up for Roydon, though.

Why are the run's posted up twice? Just confused as to which one my name is down on, if it's not down for both..
I've put my name down anyway as I've actually got a day off, so won't have to ride 15 odd miles to get to liverpool st, before riding for another 30 odd miles.

The rides aren't posted twice but there is something funny that means you get a notification when the ride is posted and a separate one when someone replies. This makes it look like a double post on your "following" tab at first, but you will find they link to the same event.
Also, the
fatmysterious controller has put 2 rides up at the same time. The first is Surrey on the 18th Mar then there is Roydon on 1st Apr. Looks like you've signed up to Roydon but not Surrey, is this what you intended? -

it is what I intended, but I might actually be able to make the 18th as well, as I'm off then. Will check route and add my name if I like the look of it... But if I did both those rides, it would double my participation in WNKR in one fell swoop..

I heard that two consecutive rides is an auto upgrade to a tosser

Right, I have packed me speedos, knotted my handkerchief and I'm off for me fortnight in Fuengirola, which means I'll miss the next WNKR.
I think many people know many of the routes now so if someone wants to do a particular route, and would be happy to lead, then give the mysterious cuntrolla a prod and perhaps he (or she) will favour you.

And if a certain someone mentions E4 it's probably just a ruse to get you round to mow his lawn.

Every time I ride Surrey Five Hills on my roadie douche bike I wonder how on earth we do it on teh fixehs.
That is all.
-
• #40
Don't have to mow, they can strim the edges, I need some beds digging and if anyone fancies doing a human tower the person at the top can do my gutters.

Anyone fancy leading one of the Kent routes?
-
• #42
Oops sorry, this damn forum has stopped giving me WNKR updates again - yep, I'll lead either of those if it helps out...
-
• #43
In for the next one. Make sure it's flat-ish and only has left turns.
By this of course I mean it should be really fucking hilly.

if next Wed. is anything like as nice as sundown tonight...

Fixie bike is in bits, will wait for the next one in Kent.
Would be nice to see all those old faces from the hellhole north of the river....
First two rides are up.
