Is this a road fork with cantilever mounts? Clearance looks very tight up top but it does look like it has "Team X" decals on the legs.

I need a singlespeed freewheel removal tool, I have a halo clickster I need to remove (4 prong) and a BLB one I need to fit (8 prong)

Is there a 2 prong tool that would act like an almost universal tool? Covering 2, 4 and 8 prong variants?

Don't use 2-prong freewheels.

I'd steer clear of the BLB freewheels too...

I do have their 8-prong tool though @TM, yours for £3 posted. A couple of the prongs have nicks in the edge, doesn't seem to affect function and would be fairly easy to remedy with a file and a vice...

Ah well I need a max of 4 prong to get the halo off.

I didn't have a great time with them, trashed 2 superiors and 2 royals in ~8 months of polo. They filled with grit almost instantly and while it said they were serviceable... the bearings would die or the pawls would disintegrate and it'd skip for a bit then just lose all engagement. Tried getting spare parts but didn't have any luck at the time and gave up on them.

Picked up 2 WI freewheels and they've handled 2 years of polo, Peak District grit and commuting without the needing any attention.

Any particular groundhog? And is the purpose vaguely nefarious?

Check the last couple of pages in the polo marketplace maybe, couple have been posted recently.

Will be selling mine when I get my Hope trials hub and have that built up, can't put a date on that yet though...

A 19 and a 20... Really needed that 17, why on earth didn't j buy it.

I've got the BLB now so might as well see how it goes, just for the runabout/canal path cruiser so might last slightly longer than on polo duty.
