WANTED: time atacs, charge ladle, rear track wheel, compact drops

• new or not overly used time atacs, pref XC4 but open to offers
  
• charge ladle either to buy or borrow for a week to try out
  
• any semi decent but not overly expensive rear rear track wheel
  
• 31.8mm compact drops, pref 38cm width, anything with less drop than deda pigea (130mm)
