Bam! Second part. Asking the artist to tattoo exactly what I want. I really appreciate the creative scope and the complex nature of their work, but this piece is pretty much a cut and paste, and that seems a bit...disrespectful to me, but there seems to be no other way.
Anyone you recommended (within London) that I could go talk to?
It's an intricate, colour piece about palm sized.
I totally agree with having tattoos with personal meaning, how do you mean by rude? The meaning you want to portrait in the tattoo? Or asking an artist to tattoo exact what you want?
For the 3 tattoos I have and yet to have, they all have very personl meanings behind and I gave the artists very detailed briefs as to what I want but also gave them the freedom of making the designs according to their styles. I did my research in choosing the artists and I know I would be happy with their designs.
I guess I would make the designs myself if I was any good at drawings, but the true is I am not. I think there are artists who are happy to do exact what you show them but some are more incline in making changing, you just have to find the right one who is happy to work with you.
