I'm hanging around that first mile and a bit apprehensive. What's the etiquette on wanting something done? I really want to let the artist do their thing later on down the line, but for the first one, I kinda want to replicate something that has personal meaning...but I don't know if that's considered rude?

Hahaha... sounds about right, wanted to get 1 done for years, always though my 1st was gonna be some tiny one with a couple letters or what not... then got 1st done, palm size, 2 months later, having another palm size done and some months after that, a large one that I don't know how large...
