Could someone true a wheel (east)

Noice

Anybody with more experience and a bit of spare time on their hands could true a wheel for me? Its just few loose spokes.
All of my LBS's quotes 50-70% of what i paid for wheel.
Or could point to a direction with fair prices.

It's probably a skill worth learning if you've got cheap/old wheels as they'll probably need doing fairly often.
