Black tea as in not green etc, or black as in milk free?

If the first then maybe a lactose reaction?

Black tea as in not green tea but I take it without milk anyway.

I may have a similar reaction to green tea but I only tend to drink it in small amounts with meals. I'll try green tea tomorrow morning!
