I'm loving Alto's Adventure, a snowboarding game on my phone at the moment. Very simple runner, but beautiful graphics and varying challenges.

Is Bioshock Infinite as good as Ed says it is? And how puzzlely is Portal really?

No. Didn't even bother finishing it. Having said that, I didn't like 1 either. Didn't play 2.

I am fully loving Infamous Second Son. (I've taken the heroic route for the first time in an Infamous game 1awt play through!)
got it Christmas and fired it up for the first time last week, been the only game ive played since (having no broadband hasnt helped though)
Looking forward to finishing it and starting First Light (semi prequel stand alone)

I enjoyed Infinite, has some fun game mechanics, even though the plot is a bit ... heavy handed by the end? I usually play very methodically in games like that but there is one bit half way through where it totally pulled me in and made me go bezerk, good for that alone IMO.

Same here! Apparently there's a level editor and Steam Workshop support! I can't tell whether I'm more excited about the game or the soundtrack!

Love this. Got it on iPhone but even prettier on iPad.

Possibly worth bootcamping to play Minerva, almost definitely the best HL2 mod there is (to the point where Valve hired the guy who built it to ... not build Hl2 Episode 3???)

I am so addicted. It's brilliant. Currently on Level 35. Some o the goals are brilliant. Backflip over an elder is great.

Even with the second character activated it took me over a day of constant playing to do two triples in one run.

Yeah, that one is tricky. Current one is jump over eight chasms in one run. Going to be here for a long time....

Started playing Portal and enjoyed it, and just as the point when the puzzles started getting hard, I realised that what was missing is I wanted something a bit more shooty. Anyone for a game of Quake 2?

It best when the puzzles get hard. Greater reward for beating them
And Portal 2 is even more awesome (with some shooty bits)

Just in from college now, downloading Hotline Miami 2 against my best judgement. Have a presentation early tomorrow that I should be preparing for but I'd much rather some ultraviolence right now!
