What are the chances of developing an allergic reaction to black tea?
I used to drink tea most days and feel fine then in the past couple of years I started drinking more coffee in the morning and rarely having breakfast teas.
I've had various kinds of tea with caffeine in a fair few times in past couple of months and every time I've felt sick and on 3 occasions I've actually thrown up with in 5 or 10 minutes of finishing a cup.
Until it happened today I just dismissed it as coincidence but I'm now sure I'm having a reaction to something in tea. It can't be caffeine as I have no reaction to coffee, chocolate or soft drinks. Could it be tannin?
