Just entered a new event: The Welwyn half marathon on March 22nd. Hoping to use it for some Marathon Pace training. Trying to do marathon pace on your own at the end of a long run is pretty tough, although it was easier on Sunday after some decent mid long run water and 2xSIS gels (i think it worked enough as a combo for me to stick with it now).
Going to start my Cambridge taper after track tomorrow. Then it should give a reasonable idea of where I am in preparation for London.
@Sainsburys_Ed when do you want to do this half? I highly recommend Gosport as a PB race although it is quite a long way off.
How does Strava calculate a suffer score?
