I was looking at the Soma too. Soma is probably a little nicer to look at (but pricier too) and would be more suited to nutted axles, whereas the Gamoh works better with skewer axles. One downside of the Gamoh is lack of light mount or a suitable place to put one.
It took me a couple of rides to get used to the handling, but I find it fine now. Trackstanding with an extra 7-8kg on the front end, like a boss.
