Might be worth looking at a Romin Evo, as that has more of a swooped nose similar to the SMPs.
I find mine (130 Evo) to be fine for most riding, and okay for short periods tucked down on the drops, but after a bit you still notice pressure from the nose, which is where the full cut out of an SMP wins.
I'm going to try a Specialized Romin or Oura in 155 to check if it's just the cut-out that makes THE difference I shall report back.
The Sella Italia Diva saddles didn't get that hot reviews in the women's saddle thread, way too hard and the nose looks way too wide for me. I've strange hips, wide at the rear, narrow at the front.
