Ask your orthopaedic consultant.
They'll probably tell you to eat a balanced diet, unless you have any specific dietary needs, for example due to diabetes or being fat.
What did the docs say about taking warfarin? Reducing clots is not going to be helpful for fracture union.
Then again, having a plate put in has risks of - you guessed it - clotting...

Anywhere online have a good list of foods to be consuming? Protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, boron, silicone, etc I'm aware of but I'd like a list of meals or foods to make my lunch shopping for best recovery stuff easier.
