Where can I buy one of these in 32h?

I thought Evans (http://www.evanscycles.com/products/mavic/open-pro-cd-rim-36-hole-ec033250) but went a picked it up today and it's one of these

Do they still make the black ones with grey CD sidewalls?

CD isn't ceramic, it's "Couche Dure" which is an extra anodization process on the braking surface.

Mavic stopped making Open Pro Ceramics back in 2011 I think. Can find them on eBay occasionally.

Well, it's hard anodising on the whole rim, if we're being pedantic.
