Bars, the mid range option is the ADR/PDQ/HongFu setup in descending price order for the same bar.
If I understand the situation correctly, ADR designed and developed the bars, that Hong-Fu rattled off a copy and PDQ are Hong-Fu with a mark-up.

Might get more aeros/power from the reduced stack from Speedplays, but if you don't fancy changing pedals then the Keo Blades are the best bet, mine are sold though. Definitely in the <1w saving there over regular Keos I reckon.
Xav reckons A900s and Hed 3 is a good combo so it probably is.
3T brake levers are probably marginally smaller then Sram 500s, if you're buying new.
Rim, hard to see past an Archetype, but anything will do. Obvs weight doesn't matter as much as aero but it's a good place to easily lose 100g of rotational weight for not much money.
