• Here's the current power curve, however what it's really showing is a lack of hard efforts for durations much longer than 3 minutes:

    I'll head over to Herne Hill for one of the test sessions and boot it round for an hour.

  • Where is this chart from? WKO+? I can't get Training Peaks to show a critical power curve so use golden cheetah instead.

  • It's not CP, it's just a plot with (as far as I can tell) your most recent 20 minute power taken as your FTP.
