My Balance varies from 53/47 to 50/50 when I'm uninjured. Thats a in built 6% error you're buying into from the outset. But maybe thats just me.
While injured I've been 57/43. Using this data, I've managed to firstly conclude that I'm pulling up With my non-injured leg*, and secondly reduce my Power Level while recovering. To a Level that allows 50/50. So I'm not just fecking my right leg, instead of building up my injured left. Its actually been quite useful.
